He wanted somethin of megaman zero... but well... I thought... why not put in some megaman zx characters.
I used a blue background again with a pattern overlay again. I used some text layers and typed only 1's and 0's and rotated them 90 degrees. Then a big Z in the background from megaman zero and an image in the z <100% OP(opacity) then some images in the background <100% OP and some character renders in the front and a small logo in the lower right corner. that's it ^^

This is cool, but the label "ZX" is mistaken. These are all Megaman Zero characters. The Biometals in ZX are based off the Zero characters, but this isn't them.
